What are the materials of jewelry?

We use two types of materials: stainless steel and 925 Sterling Silver Each material has these specificities that we indicate in the description of the products.

Stainless steel :

The stainless steel is water resistant, so you can shower and wash your hands… no problem. It also resists corrosion, high temperatures and requires no special maintenance. It is a material that does not oxidize and is recyclable.

925 silver:

It is a precious metal, durable over time and hypoallergenic. 925 sterling silver does not rust, it oxidizes naturally over time, but just rub the ring with the cloth that comes with the box to restore it to its original shine.

How soon will I receive my order?

Once your order has been placed, we pack the package the same day in order to send it as quickly as possible. Here are the approximate delivery times:

- France: 2 to 5 days

- Europe: 2 to 8 days

- DROM-COM and international delivery: 10 to 20 days

What should I do when I have a problem with my jewelry?

If you have any problem with any of our jewelry, send an email to the email address that will be on the thank you card. This is an email address created especially for our customers, so we can respond to you faster! Know that you have 14 days to return the jewel.

I would like to have an exchange or a refund, how do I do this?

In accordance with article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen days from the date of receipt to return the product for exchange or refund (in the form of a credit note).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will have 14 days to contact us for an exchange or a refund. Again, you will need to contact us at the email address that will be on the thank you card. Return costs will be your responsibility.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, without having been used. Please note that piercings (real or fake) as well as earrings cannot be returned and refunded for hygienic reasons.

What should I do if I have the wrong address?

First, you must quickly contact us on Instagram @lunifiaparis and by email lunifiaparis@gmail.com

Then there will be two possibilities:

  • If the package has not been dispatched, we will do our best to modify the address.
  • If the package has been shipped, we cannot fix it, so we will see together what we can do.

My package is lost, what should I do?

We are not responsible for lost packages, therefore, we advise you to contact the carrier as soon as possible.
