If the item you purchased has a defect, we accept returns and exchanges. To do this, please follow the steps below to contact us:

Our team will review your request and send you a feedback form to complete to validate your request.

Please note that you have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your request for an exchange or refund in the form of a credit. For your request to be processed, the products must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been used. Return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We would also like to point out that your jewelry benefits from a 30-day guarantee.

We would also like to inform you that due to hygiene and health considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of real and fake nose piercings, ear piercings as well as earrings.

Please note that Lunifia declines all responsibility in the event of loss of packages or delays after their delivery to the carrier. Once your package is declared delivered, we are no longer liable. Therefore, no refunds will be made in this case.

Products offered or on sale are neither returned nor exchanged. When one of your pieces of jewelry has been the subject of a bundle promotion (for example: 2 pieces of jewelry purchased = 1 free), the entire lot must be returned in order to obtain a full refund.

Finally, we would like to inform you that in the event of packages delivered to a relay point and not collected, resulting in their return to our warehouse, the following conditions will apply for any new shipment or reimbursement request:

- For a new shipment: the shipping costs for reshipment will be your responsibility, to which will be added an additional charge of €2.
- For a refund: the initial shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded, with an additional charge of €2
